Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Agentic Catalog MCP audits Shopify catalogs, generates AI-enriched product descriptions, and exposes products through an MCP endpoint for AI agents. Plans and limits are described on the pricing page.

You may not use the service to violate Shopify's terms, infringe IP, send spam, attempt to access other customers' data, or run abnormal/abusive volumes against our infrastructure.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds at our discretion.

Service is provided "as is". Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not responsible for actions taken by AI agents through the MCP endpoint — you control which keys are issued and to whom.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
