Agentic Catalog MCP collects the minimum data required to run the service: your email and name (via Clerk), your Shopify store domain and OAuth access token, and the product catalog data we sync from Shopify. We log MCP requests so you can see usage analytics.
Catalog data is used to generate the AI readiness audit, AI-enriched descriptions, embeddings for semantic search, and to expose your products through the MCP endpoint. We do not sell or share data with third parties beyond the providers required to operate (Clerk, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Anthropic, OpenAI, Resend, Upstash).
Raw product data is deleted within 90 days of disconnecting your Shopify store. MCP request logs are retained for 12 months for analytics, then aggregated. You can export or delete all data at any time from Settings.
You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your data. Use the buttons under Settings → Danger zone, or email us. Account deletion removes all tenants, store, product, and request data within 30 days.
